International Harvester IHC Scout II (1971-1980) Wheel Covers SET OF 4 – NOS Manufactured in 1979

This is a BEAUTIFUL set of wheelcover, hubcaps for a IHC Scout 80 / 800 II
Should be period correct for any 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980 15″ IHC Scout II wheel, notice the two front have holes for the locking hubs.
I’m positive that 3 of the 4 are NOS! As you can see the paper part number and 1979 Manufacturing date still on there.. The 4th is used but exceptional with only 1 small ding and some brake dust on rear (see photos)
